Desert Snow

Natural Bridges National Monument, Utah -  #3

This morning we packed up Thistle to leave our sweet camp site at Natural Bridges.

But, before driving out of the monument, we hike the third bridge, Kachina. Kachina has a massive span, so is considered the youngest of the three bridges. It was named for Kachina dancers, central to Hopi religious tradition.

As we finish our hike it begins to snow. We head for Capitol Reef.
