Hidden Valley's past was one of cattle rustlers and wild-west drama. This land enjoyed 10 inches of rain annually in the 1900's. It was cattle grazing country, cowboys, and the stuff western movies were made of. Now the rainfall is between 2 to 5 inches annually. The grazing grasses and the cattle are long gone but the beauty is gloriously still here.
Our tandem transports us to the trail head.
